Windows 12

Despite Windows 11 feeling like the newest toy in the shop, rumors are already swirling about the release of Windows 12, which could be hitting shelves as soon as next year. And let's be real, we can't stop talking about it!

We're all dying to know: what's it gonna look like? What improvements will we see? Will there be any new features? Although we can't say for sure, there's been some buzz about three new features that could really shake things up for businesses.

First up, we're talking about more artificial intelligence (AI) functionality. It's no secret that AI has been blowing up lately, so it's only natural that Microsoft would want to use this technology to make a more impressive operating system. We're hearing that we could be seeing better AI analysis of our content, as well as prompts to help us get started on projects or choose apps to help us work more efficiently. Plus, the improved intuition for what we're gonna do next could really help speed things up!

But that's not all. Microsoft also wants to bring us faster updates and better security with Windows 12. They're planning to split the operating system into different parts, so that updates to different elements can run in the background while we continue to work. And for extra security, different people could be granted access to each partition. Plus, the modular design means that higher-powered devices will be able to get the most out of Windows 12, while lower-powered devices can still run the Edge browser, Office tools, and web apps.

Now, some of these features might require special hardware or upgraded equipment, so we're still waiting on more details. But as soon as we hear anything, we'll be sure to let you know!

If you haven't already made the jump to Windows 11, now's a good time to start thinking about it. And if you need any help or advice, just give us a shout!
