Existing Black Bear MSSP managed service clients and their authorized representatives may request enrollment in the Black Bear MSSP SMS Messaging Program to receive customer-care and service-related text messages.
SMS communications are used solely to support your existing business relationship with Black Bear MSSP. Enrollment is voluntary and is not required to receive our services.
SMS messages may include:
- Help desk communications
- Support ticket updates
- Technical troubleshooting
- Appointment scheduling and reminders
- Scheduled maintenance notifications
- Service outage notifications
- Project and service updates
- Requested account or business information
- AI-assisted customer support through AetherAI
Black Bear MSSP does not use this SMS program to send unsolicited marketing messages, promotional offers, or advertisements.
Message frequency varies based on your support requests, active projects, service activity, and communications you request from Black Bear MSSP.
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and service plan.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
